The HR Services Manager maintains and enhances the day-to-day operations and drives special projects that focus on process improvements, efficiency, and automation. The HR Services Manager will also lead and develop a team in the EMEA and Asia region and will focus on continuous delivery of the HR Services model.
Responsibilities:
Design process and program improvements to address business needs, improve efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Implement and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of processes and transactions.
Manage key HR projects using project management principles and tools to steer projects and lead strategic improvement.
Provides support on process and systems guidance to HR and help design changes and as new technology solutions become available.
Monitor and analyze HR data to share departmental success, define trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Works closely with the COEs, HRBPs and other stakeholder through the organization on projects and operations.
Awareness of labour law legislations across the UK and EMEA regions
Document and standardize the HR Services process and framework
Governance and Compliance around the candidate to employee processes
Ensure service level agreements are being maintained and followed to support the business.
Lead and develop an HR Services team, managing their performance and behaviour through goal setting, on-going assessment, and coaching.
Skills & Qualifications:
College degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
5 years of HR experience.
Strong planning and analytical skills.
Experience with HR systems (Workday) is highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and highly confidential data.
Solid knowledge and understanding of data privacy issues, HR laws, and regulations.
Good decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong analytic mind-set and tech savvy (with HR applications and Excel) to quickly pull together data from various sources and report on activities, trends, and key metrics.
Anticipates problems (and escalates when appropriate), demonstrates strong prioritization and organization skills, is analytical, detailed, and acts to complete tasks accurately and on time.
