Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Director of Student Engagement.
Assist in leadership council meetings and conferences by producing member reports, taking notes, and other tasks as needed.
Assist in the successful execution of webinars by providing support for marketing, registration, evaluation reports, and correspondence.
Perform various administrative functions in support of the Liaison program that includes:
Drafting and distributing a monthly newsletter
Assisting with bi-annual townhall calls
Tracking and evaluating community engagement metrics
Strategizing with the Director of Student Engagement to increase member engagement
Manage social media marketing for designated programs.
Provide administrative support to the scholarship process.
Handle inquiries from constituents, scholarship recipients, deans, and faculty in regard to all student initiatives.
Review student activity metrics with the Director of Student engagement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with standard office equipment and practices.
Proficient in MS Office.
Experience with CRM systems and Adobe Photoshop.
Requirements:
At least two (2) years of experience as an administrator or coordinator.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salary: $48,000 – $50,000
