As part of the HR team, reporting the the Head of HR Operations, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement within our business to achieve our People Strategy – to prepare our people & shape our organisation for an ever-changing & disruptive future.
It will be your responsibility as an enthusiastic, forward thinking HR professional to deliver the HR service to your business areas, ensuring that the business is protected by adherence to all relevant legislation and best practice in employment standards.
The successful candidate will have commercial awareness, be adept at problem solving and possess the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with strong influencing and relationship building skills are essential in order to be successful in the role.
If this is the career step you are looking for, you will be a CIPD Member (or equivalent professional body) or possess equivalent experience. You will have relevant employment law knowledge plus experience of managing employee lifecycle activities and delivering HR projects.
