Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist III located in Greater Houston at our VAM USA manufacturing facility. The Human Resources Generalist III will be responsible for HR employee relations, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies skills
- Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration experience
- Knowledge of local and federal employment laws
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus
- Experience working in Manufacturing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
