The Web App Manager role is responsible for driving the sales, marketing, content, and feature enhancements for a newly launching app. You will drive the strategy and execution, delivering an innovative and unique App experience with the goals of increasing customer engagement and lifetime value.
You will report to the head of Digital and work cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Retention Marketing, Creative, Site Experience, IT, and Merchandising. You will be responsible for all Web App marketing efforts, all KPI reporting, and performance optimization. You will analyze and track KPIs, leveraging performance data to both identify optimization within the current business and unlock new growth opportunities; provide insight and actionable recommendations rooted in business goals to meet objectives. You will implement testing plan frameworks to measure business impact, turning insight into action with an agile test and learn mindset.
You will be a well-rounded B2C Marketer that makes data-informed decisions driving the go-to-market process and marketing of the App. You are a detail-oriented and entrepreneurial person with Web App management experience, B2C, and appeal experience.
