We are looking for Release Train Engineer to join our team! I am Lars Klasson and I am leading the NSDCTO Office team. We are coaching and supporting the whole NSD organization with SAFe and Agile coaches as well as RTE competence. During the process, you will also meet Mikko Keppo who is holding the SAFE area together we will recruit these positions together.

We are part of Common Product and Service (CPS) organization working across all our Nordic/Baltic markets with the mission to leverage and strengthen the value of Telia Company by developing common products as well as technology services and platforms.

You will be responsible for leading one of our key Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver network and infra services. As RTE, you will be accountable for the continuous products and value delivery to the stakeholders and product managers in Product Area and business units. The way of working will be based on SAFe as a reference model, and you will be part of continuously develop and improve our way of working.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Guide and manage the ART and the Agile teams through the delivery of the solution, manages risks and escalates impediments
• Facilitate PI Planning readiness by fostering refinement of Vision, Roadmap, and Backlogs.
• Master organizer of the Agile Teams’ workload for each Program Increment (PI) and facilitate the activities during PI planning sessions
• Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings on ART level and participates to Large Solution Syncs
• Ensures collaboration and dependency management within and between ARTs
• Inform ART stakeholders of ART activities to ensure strategic execution alignment.
• Work to guide and coach others about the ART and Lean-Agile practices
• Together with the teams create a fun and energizing work environment built on trust, inclusion, and good communication

Is this you?
You have a passion for customers, technology and leadership including change mgmt. To fit the bill, you have worked in SAFe set ups few years as RTE, Scrum Master, Product Manager or similar. You have extensive experience from agile development and operation – from planning and design to development and deployment. Leading complex solution development is something that excites you and you excel in building strong stakeholder relationships.

Your skills and experience:

• Strong facilitation, communication, conflict resolution and leadership
• Commitment to continuous learning, highly efficient in coaching Scrum Masters, team members and Product Owners.
• 3+ years hands on experience in Scrum, Kanban or Scaled Agile Framework (Or similar experiences)
• Coordinating and running complex deliveries with multiple teams (> 5), product owners and stakeholders, for at least 2 years
• Familiar with DevOps practices and practical knowledge using supporting tools

It is meritorious if:

• You have Telecom experience
• You have RTE experience
