• Operation responsibilities
• Participating in projects
• Scripting and small-scale coding
• Customer support in 3rd level issues
• Documentation
• On-call duty

Skills needed to get the job started

• Finnish citizenship due to some services
• Basic skill of Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Basic skills in Unix/Linux and TPC/IP to start the journey
• Good skills in English in reading/writing
• Good skills in Finnish in reading/writing
• Customer oriented personality
• Persistency
• Hunger to learn more
• Good communication skills
