As the HR Support Officer, you will work closely with the People Operations team to provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support for HR-focused processes and procedures.
This is a transactional role dealing with queries on topics such as:
In this role, you will accurately record personal information on our HR database, Cascade. You will manage the shared HR inboxes, responding to colleagues regarding employment issues, providing advice and signposting on company policies and procedures and terms and conditions of employment.
You will process a number of colleague benefit requests, including requests for loans, joining salary sacrifice schemes, additional annual leave purchase, flexible working requests and career breaks.
You will work with the HR Information and Systems Manager to complete workflow tasks as inputted through Cascade, dealing with the tasks as they arise.
We offer true hybrid working, a mix of home working and time within our new Hub in Bristol with flexible working patterns to suit individual circumstances. On occasion, there may be travel and possible overnight stays required.
About you
For this diverse, fast-paced and deadline-driven role, you will need to evidence your experience in an HR administrative role and your knowledge of HR procedures, in relation to ensuring records are kept up to date, employee issues and policy guidance.
You will also have experience in offering a support service to others, successfully working to deadlines and timescales and dealing with enquiries and confidential information with tact and discretion.
You will have excellent administration skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to take a proactive approach to tasks with excellent attention to detail.
You will have excellent IT and HR database management skills with the capability to interpret and manipulate data.
