Do you aspire to a career in HR? As a HR Coordinator at Steps to Work you be supporting the HR team and the business to ensure the recruitment and onboarding experience for all employees is efficient and welcoming, our Team Members and Line Managers are supported and you’ll become our HRIS expert in time. You will also be contributing to driving positive change within the communities we have been serving as a Charity for 20 years

What will you be doing;

• Responsible for the admin of our recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain our HR System with details, training records etc

• Support our Line Managers with scheduling and collation of notes for all probationary meetings/exit/attendance/performance meetings
• Be our expert on our HRIS and ensure this is up to date
• Support on exciting HR Projects

Experience and Skills

• Previous experience in working in admin or HR would be advantageous
• Good excel and IT proficiency and if you have worked with a HRIS that’s even better!
• Understanding the importance of data protection and confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• If you have a CIPD qualification or are working towards this that would be an advantage but we would be happy to support you with this too.
