We are seeking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join our friendly and high performing HR team. The HR team works in partnership with a diverse range of departments and employees across the University. In everything we do, we champion a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be an integral part of a small partnering team, delivering solutions to complex operational cases across the University. You will build rewarding relationships with senior managers to support the strategic delivery of our corporate plan, and grow your own skills and knowledge in key HR areas such as transformation, policy development, talent management, employee engagement, people development and employee relations.
We are seeking applications from an HR generalist background who can bring their professional ER experience, knowledge and ambition to make a difference to the employee experience at St Mary’s. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to successfully influence and negotiate with your stakeholders.
