We are very committed to and focused on enabling and driving this change in our field. We are now looking for a Senior Advisor, Marketing Automation & Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Design, implement and deploy SalesforceMarketing Cloud solutions to a wide variety of our 
• Meet with customers to analyze their activation marketing practices and understand the nature of their businesses to properly define needs and customize marketing solutions using Salesforce’s marketing automation solutions.
• Lead business requirements discovery with customers and be efficient at documentation, customer journey design, and use case definitions.
• Not shy away from tasks, such as customer journey mapping, helping customers with segmentation, and defining activation marketing programs.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities, as well as actively participate in and contribute to offering development and best practices sharing and development.
• Maintain effective customer relations and reporting – delivering timely and relevant information with the utmost concern for stakeholder and project impact.
• Work closely with the rest of the Salesforce team and Sofigate’s Platform Services team to contribute to Salesforce and marketing advisory, implementation, and managed services.

To succeed in this role, we hope you:

• are experienced in CRM solutions (especially Salesforce) and may have experience with Sales/Marketing Cloud/Service/Pardot/Experience Cloud
