The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment have partnered with a well-established international manufacturing business, to support them with their recruitment of a full time, permanent Human Resources Manager.
As the standalone HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing a wide variety of HR duties including the below:
The successful HR Manager will be an excellent leader, and communicator, who is able to build honest relationships at all levels both internally and externally. You will have experience providing coaching and mentoring techniques to the senior management team, and have a commercial and cultural awareness. Our client has ambitious plans to recruit a high volume of new employees across all internal departments within the next 6-12 months, so experience managing the internal recruitment and retention process is going to be a huge advantage.
It is essential that you have worked within a Human Resources Management capacity, with the relevant HR certification/qualifications, and have a strong understanding of employment legislation, policies, and procedures. It desirable that you have worked within a manufacturing/supplier focussed organisation, however, this is not essential.
