We are looking for an individual to join our team as Personal Assistant/HR Administrator to the Chief Executive Save Me Trust & Harper Asprey Wildlife Rescue.
Who we are:
Save Me Trust & Harper Asprey Wildlife Rescue (HAWR) are registered wildlife charities who operate alongside one another. Save Me Trust works proactively to protect wild animals through campaigning and collaboration with government, businesses and the community. HAWR works 24/7, 365 days a year to rescue, rehabilitate and release native wildlife. We have a fully operational facility including a veterinary practice and rehabilitation pens/areas for all British wildlife. There is a small team of permanent staff and a large team of volunteers.
The role:
The Chief Executive is looking for someone to join the team to ensure the smooth running of the office, by providing comprehensive personal and HR administrative support. This includes planning and coordinating meetings, events, etc.; preparing for, minuting and following up on meeting actions; managing the CEOs personal and professional diary and managing the HR processes for permanent staff.
