But the essence of the Saks experience is working with our Style Advisors, who can curate and personalize the world of fashion for every customer’s tastes and needs.The People Solutions Group (PSG) maintains the central source of information for employee records and information regarding HR policies. The PSG Specialist will utilize the software product Cherwell to track and process incoming employee requests and offering self-service options for key changes, company forms, and information. Our ideal candidate is a natural problem solver with experience serving both exempt and non-exempt associates and working within a ticketing system. This candidate will possess effective communication skills and a sharp analytical acumen, as well as demonstrate a strong drive to reach timely resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.

You Also Have:
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources (Associate relations, HR help desk, people effectiveness) Knowledge and experience developing, implementing, and working to SLA’s
• Experience working collaboratively
• Comfort working in various systems (Previous experience with Cherwell, Oracle, G-suite is a plus)
