The Talent Acquisition Operations team is a recently formed but fast-growing team, our role is to drive the required change to improve the experience for all involved in the recruitment process. We work on a mixture of projects, including large scale technology implementations and smaller projects such as a change to ways of working or hand-offs between teams.
The newly created job of Project Specialist will play a key role in bringing structure to our change by helping to drive good process methodology through all our projects. You will be working with many different teams across HR, Technology and Marketing.

What you will be doing
This role will be key throughout the lifecycle of each project, you will ensure accurate coordinate the different teams as needed, and provide frequent updates to the Talent Operations team
Play a key role in scoping, delivering, and reporting of all Talent team change projects (both technology and process)
In collaboration with the wider Ops team, develop and manage project plans, including overall timings, helping to ensure there are minimal bottlenecks and delays
Track project milestones and report successes
Assist the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager in identifying and minimising project risks through early planning
Help to drive a continuous improvement culture and build robust process methodology
Play a key role in the project success by providing clarity of responsibility for all involved in each project
Ensuring that projects stay on time by minimising ‘out of scope’ distractions
Minimum Qualifications
About you
You will ideally have previous project management experience and be happy to play a proactive role in the coordination of multiple ongoing projects large and small
You will have a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy solving problems
A structured and process-oriented individual with good organisational skills and attention to detail
Able to foster good relationships and able to use your influencing skills to help drive desired outcomes
Although we all have difficult days you will generally be proactive, self-motivated and take pride in your work
An active team member who is happy to share ideas with the team to improve culture and ways of working
You will have experience in working with a recognised project methodology and able to demonstrate this
A professional qualification is a plus, but not essential
Experience of using Monday.com would be beneficial
If you have previous experience of working in a Talent or HR setting it would be beneficial to the role
