About the Job
As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new leads through collaboration with our Partners. You’ll become an expert on Rewind’s services and will assist our Partners with selling our solutions.
Additionally, you will develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies and processes. You will also be an innovator that will help our company discover new ways to improve our service and drive new business initiatives to increase partner success and productivity.
Your responsibilities will include:
Meet/exceed assigned KPIs (leads, co-marketing, events, etc) on a consistent basis.
Develop and expand relationships with partners to increase leads and market share. This will include working with marketing, sales, customer support, product teams, and any other segments activated to support revenue generation.
Recruit and Onboard new agencies into the Partner Program.
Create and drive business plans with new partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities.
Understand partners’ businesses and how Rewind services can enhance their value proposition.
Work closely with partner marketing to create campaigns to drive leads and activities to grow mindshare and increase awareness.
Train Partners on product, process, and solution.
Coordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement programs with Partners.
Provide day-to-day support for partners to help sell, implement and support Rewind services.
Assist sales, partners, and their clients with quotes and proposals for Rewind services
Proactively communicate with internal Rewind stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Executives.)
Ensures company responsiveness to partner/customer issues and concerns – “customer first” oriented
About You
We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience with direct sales and/or partner sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. Include in your resume or application the quotas you’ve held and exceeded in the past!
You should also have:
Demonstrated background of successfully working with internal cross-functional teams to successfully drive the growth of partner channels
The ability to develop, maintain and provide consistent implementation of pipeline management and forecast discipline to assure forecast accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to build great relationships with partners/customers
Experience delivering remote presentations – comfortable building and delivering presentations via zoom meetings
Ideally experience working in Software, Software as a Service or ecommerce space
Outstanding written and verbal communications, presentation and delivery skills.
A team-oriented mindset, able to work in supporting and sharing successful best practices with internal teams.
Knowledge of CRM tools and Sales Enablement tools is an asset
Additionally, we are looking for someone who has experience and ability to travel internationally to meet with partners at events, conferences, meetups and onsite.
