PSR Solutions Looking For Site Manager – Civils & Infrastructure At Wakefield, West Yorkshire Full Time

PSR Solutions are working together with a tier one civils infrastructure contractor to hire a Site Agent to work as part of awarded framework projects across the Yorkshire region.

Ideally, the Site Agent will have experience of construction experience alongside a Water Board client (i.e Yorkshire Water, Severn Trent, United Utilities etc). Candidates will ideally be Yorkshire-based given the nature of projects, lodge or paid accommodation is not available with this role.

You will be responsible for the completion of construction projects ranging from £1 – £8m in value, maintaining high health and safety standards and excellent client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of site teams including Sub Agents, Supervisors, Engineer, Foreman etc.
• Resource allocation for projects
• Reporting to contracts/ framework management staff on budget control and programme updates
• Ensure safe site practices are enforced throughout
• Regular client updates and progress reports
• Management of overall construction programme

Skills & Experience

• Previous of experience of working on construction and infrastructure projects with a water board
• Previous experience of working with a a tier one delivery contractor
• Preferably an Engineering background, with civil engineering or building qualifications
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• National Water hygiene card
• Excellent man-management and sub-contractor management
• Strong leadership and motivational qualities
• Great time management
• Team Player

Higher salary bandings can be achieved and negotiation based on proven previous experience of working successfully in a similar role. A full benefits package include car allowance or company vehicle can be provided.
