People Group Limited Looking For Lead Construction Manager (Director) At Birmingham Full Time

A Lead Construction Manager, designated Director, is required to take on responsibility for the overall planning, coordination, and control of a major construction project with an anticipated value north of £500M.

This field-based position will find you leading and supporting a large construction team, plus supply chain, with the delivery, technical and engineering aspects of the project. You’ll do this whilst working in coordination with the Design, Project Controls and Commercial teams.

You will be key to ensuring that systems are implemented to establish a safe work environment for the protection of the workforce, public and the environment..

What do you need?

• Heavy civil and construction experience gained working for a Tier One Contractor is going to be essential for this position
• Demonstrable experience in operating as a lead Construction Manager on a significant construction project.
• An SMSTS qualification and CSCS Card
• Appreciation of the NEC form of contract
• A good working knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation

On offer is a basic salary of 90,000 – 110,000 with a strong benefits package which will include car allowance, enhanced contribution pension, private medical, 27 days holiday and more
