Primary Responsibilities
Enter and Maintain Transcripts. Monitor the transcript email for incoming student transcripts to be entered. Enter student’s previously earned credit from various institutions into their Course Timing.
Enter and Maintain System Records/Information. Assist in the entry, update, maintenance, and audit of system records as related to policy, opportunity, or college catalog changes.
Systems Proficiency. Become proficient in various software programs, institutional resources and learn to execute operations in a fast-paced environment.
Interdepartmental Collaboration. Attend weekly departmental/individual meetings and training sessions as assigned by their manager.
Other Duties. Complete other duties as assigned by their manager.

Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Accelerated Pathways experience and/or product knowledge
College transcript review/processing experience
Data processing experience
Experience with Degree Manager, Salesforce, and ticketing platforms
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Pearson provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $14.50-$20 . This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program, and information on benefits offered is here _._
