CONSULTANT, INVOICE AUTOMATION
to our Professional Services, Invoice Automation Competence Center team in Espoo, Finland, Riga, Latvia or Stockholm, Sweden.
ABOUT THE JOB AND YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for the implementation of our Invoice Automation software in customer projects, and together with the project manager and the rest of the project team, participate in scoping the project and defining the technical and functional solution. You will conduct workshops with our customers to understand their invoice handling processes and define the needed data integrations, and in addition you will advise and support the customer in optimizing their invoice handling processes with regards to the software capabilities and functionalities. You will set up and configurate the Invoice Automation software, conduct main user trainings and provide support during both customer acceptance testing and the Go-Live phase.
