Dishwasher Job Description
We are looking for dishwashers to join our Back of House team! This job is primarily to clean dishes from the kitchen staff from food prep and meals. You are responsible for maintaining proper sanitation and cleanliness standards in the dish areas, cleaning all dishes from food prep and meals, putting clean dishes back in the correct location, and helping with daily deep clean tasks as time allows. Each shift includes a 30 min lunch break paid. Shifts available are during the day and night depending on that weeks schedule. Shift meals are available when the restaurant is open and staff are able to take food from any buffet meals during shift after the guest meal concludes. Dishwashers report directly to the Kitchen Manager.

Grounds Maintenance Job Description:
This position will be working under the Facilities Manager and our Lead Gardener to maintain the aesthetics of our property. No experience is necessary as everything can be taught – just a willingness to learn! This position includes long hours outside and in the sun and greenhouses. You may be working lawn maintenance equipment such as a lawn mower, trimmers, gardening equipment, leaf blowers, driving golf carts, etc. You will be working with our lead gardener to help grow our own flowers and plants in the greenhouse and then transplant and maintain them in our flower boxes and gardens throughout property during our season. You will also be helping maintain our trails on site clearing brush and helping developing new trails as directed by the Facilities Manager. You may also be helping to maintain our historic buildings including minor repairs, painting, moving outdoor equipment such as canoes and kayaks etc. This includes a paid 30min lunch break. Hours are during the day. All equipment and protective gear provided.
