Corporate Orientation/Onboarding Experience Co-hosts New Employee Corporate Orientation process with division Manager to provide a valued introduction for all NMHS employees to the organization. Maintains appropriate schedule/documentation of this process to meet regulatory/accreditation mandates. Serves as primary instructor in multiple sessions. Works closely with multiple system departments to facilitate both initial onboarding and any needed follow-up training requirements. Coordinates and facilitates basic resuscitation training for all new employees needing certification.
Programming Excellence in Talent Development Provides quality outreach education services, monitors assessments & provides evaluation for other non-clinical training to enhance organizational culture. Engages in Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives to elevate education services, enhance training resources, and to integrate/align services with other teams for maximum impact.
Leadership Cross-trains for multiple teaching capabilities within the department; serves as a training partner with the E&T Manager, Director of Education and with other system leaders as needed/requested. Represents Education Department on multiple teams for resource identification and future programming opportunities. Seeks revenue sources for cost recovery of resources used.
Job Knowledge:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or healthcare related field; required.
At least 2 year’s training experience preferred.
Strong training and presentation skills.
Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
