What will the apprentice be doing?
Email management across internal and client mailboxes.
HR request triaging from clients and their employees – you will become the first line of enquiry for employee queries.
HR software administration and management.
Preparation of HR documentation such as letters, policies, and handbooks.
Taking meeting and hearing minutes.
Researching employment trends and changes.
Assisting with automating HR processes and documentation.
Being involved in a range of strategic projects to further develop the HR service offering and ensure positive HR outcomes for our clients.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Possible full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
