Full job description
Morgan Mckinley are searching for a permanent Head of People to lead a small HR team for a global organisation expanding its UK operation. This role requires a strategic leader who has the drive and ambition to grow the team alongside the business ensuring the employee experience is of the highest quality. You will be working closely with the MD in all strategic people decisions but be happy to maintain a level of operational awareness. The main duties of this role are listed below:
Acting as an advisor to the MD on all areas of operational and strategic HR
Continued review of people processes
Recruitment, talent management ,reward and recognition, performance , Employee relations, Engagement and more
Strategic HR projects
Small team management
To define the global people strategy and people agenda
Budget management
Employee life cycle with an initial focus on the onboarding process
Building of strong internal stakeholder relationships

We are looking for a CIPD qualified Head of HR ideally with experience from an SME that is going through rapid growth. You must be commercially aware and switched on to the business needs and have good communication skills.
