Are you passionate about clinical education and the development of the non-medical registered workforce? If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse or AHP to join our established ‘Award Winning’ Professional Development & Education Unit (PDEU) at The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust as a Practice Educator for a 12 month fixed term/ secondment.
The ideal candidate must be able to show evidence of high standards of practice with significant experience and understanding of the education and assessment of competence within healthcare.
The post holder will deliver the support package for the Nursing, Midwifery and ODP orientation programme along with our award winning preceptorship programme to our nursing workforce. Alongside this the post holder will support staff members in becoming competent and capable practitioners across all sites, while demonstrating professional behaviours and leadership to our Non-Medical professional workforce.
