We are now looking for an

service oriented Solution Expert, Enterprise Datacenter Solutions

to join our global Enterprise Datacenter Solutions team which is responsible e.g. for managing the server landscape in cooperation with our service providers and supporting our internal IT groups on providing their services to meet our business unit’s needs.

The role

As a Solution Expert Enterprise Datacenter Solutions, you will engage in the continuous improvement of our infrastructure landscape. On the one hand, you will be deeply involved in the IT infrastructure maintenance and lifecycle activities to support in delivering stable IT services. On the other hand, you will support the IT security, and will be a part of different IT projects, representing the IT infrastructure.  

As a member of our global Enterprise Datacenter Solutions team, you will work in an international environment. As a Solution Expert Enterprise Datacenter, you will get involved in modernizing the classical industrial datacenter services.

You 

To succeed in this role you should have a degree in IT and 

• several years of professional experience in the administration and operation of Windows servers
• several years of professional experience in the administration and operation of Citrix servers
• in-depth knowledge of managing virtualized server environments (VMware)
• experience in the implementation of Server Security 
• skill in Microsoft SQL Database Administration
• skill in managing mid-complex projects
• skill in ITSM processes and activities

You enjoy collaboration across organizational boundaries and you will be working in close co-operation with the providers, global IT colleagues and key users. Therefore you should be fluent in both Finnish and English.
