We are looking for a Business Transformation Specialist to pilot, execute, and lead implementation of concept and product developments as well as operational excellence & organizational effectiveness related initiatives.  

What will I be learning and spending most of my time on? 

 In this role you will work in close collaboration with our different teams and focus on improving the ways of working and streamlining processes by: 

• Taking defined developments towards desired outcomes with target setting 
• Piloting, executing, and leading implementation of concept and product developments  
• Taking forward initiatives by designing, documenting, scaling, and leading the implementation 
• Actively reporting about the progress and outcomes to find which initiatives best support growth 

Impact of the work is measured in improvements in group and market performance; customer attraction, NPS scores and improvements in organizational effectiveness.

• Comfortable with both independent desk research and collaborative problem solving 
• Not scared by uncertainty and enjoy a fast moving and changing environment 
• Able to work with multiple initiatives at the same time, while collaborating with our teams across markets – and take things forward with them 
• Good at prioritizing and able to quickly make sense of complex topics and identify key development opportunities 
• Fluent in English
