Full Job Description * Delivery of customer invoicing together with appropriate supporting information on an accurate and timely basis to our UK and International clients through various client systems and processes * Identify and report missing customer POs to the business on a regular basis * Take initiative to resolve any circumstances that are holding up the invoicing process and liaise/ co-ordinate with other departments to achieve a positive resolution for the business * You will have responsibility for bank receipt allocations/ credit notes & sale ledger reconciliation * Ensure that work not yet invoiced is kept to a minimum in order to optimise cash flow * Meet deadlines as set and agreed with the Team Leader Requirements * Ideally sales Ledger experience including bank receipt allocations and reconciliations * Strong organisation skills * Good level of IT skills * Excellent Microsoft Excel skills * Ability to investigate and resolve issues * Ability to reconcile accounts and invoices * Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with individuals internally and externally clearly and concisely * Ability to work well under pressure * Ability to work to tight deadlines * Ability to work to high levels of accuracy Benefits * Company pension * Cycle to work scheme * Profit share bonus scheme * On-site parking * Annual appraisals * Life assurance * Generous holiday allocations * Mentoring programme * Private Healthcare * Referral programme * Wellness programme * Structured career path * Flexible working * Social events About us LA International is a Digital and Technology Resourcing and Project Solutions organisation with Enhanced Government Security Accreditation, operating globally from the largest single-site facility in the UK and are the UK’s number 1 supplier of Security Cleared contract resource to His Majesty’s Government.
