Our Client are looking for a HR Shared Services Specialist to support with HR admin/ operations processes in and for UK and Ireland. The role will have some remote working but will require 3 days onsite in Berkshire. Depending on levels of experience and qualifications there could be some flexibility on the daily rate. Candidates must be available to start immediately. Responsibilities include: – Create contracts, amendments, letters or any required HR documents – Maintain physical and electronic employee files and master data in the HR-system – Support with onboarding in UK&IR – Support employees with HR documents, coordination of preparing documents, collecting signatures, providing them to employees and archiving them.
