Jigsaw Financial hiring for Financial Crime Adviser ( month Fixed Contract) at London, United Kingdom Full Time

£60,000 – £80,000 p/a (pro-rata)

Duties:

• Train and brief various teams on Financial Crime and compliance
• Ensure the teams are aligned to the companies AML & Financial Crime policies and procedures.
• Ensure all teams have a good understanding around AML issues
• Provide constant assistance to senior leadership and Compliance team
• Develop and improve operational processes around Financial Crime
• Provide authorisation to high risk transactions
• Escalate AML breaches, bringing to the attention of the MLRO
• Provide guidance and advise on compliance on regulatory matters across the business
• Help to improve and develop operational procedures
• Keep up to date with all Financial Crime related regulations and ensure the business is aligned
• Monitor and review source of client funds
• Work with the onboarding team regarding client due diligence and AML with complex clients
• Monitor high risk clients
• Monitor and authorise global payments

Requirements:

• Good Financial Crime and AML experience
• Financial services experience and a good understanding of the regulated environment
• Experience in training, advising and developing internal teams/employees
• Strong communication skills
