As a LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse, you are a valued resource for our clinical team of providers and support staff. You will provide guidance and leadership to assure our patients receive the best quality care using evidence based guidelines.

Duties for a Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN
* * Manage provider’s patient schedule and flow

* Administration of vaccines, medications and other injections

* Laboratory testing and procedures

* Telephone triage advice

* Collaborate with specialist, hospitals and other external entities to coordinate patient care

* Opportunities to expand Expertise as a Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN
* * Coordination of specialty programs – ADHD, Asthma, Population Management, Vaccine Management and Synagis (LPN)

* Leadership opportunity as site leads and trainers

* Practice wide committee involvement
