You will be providing expert advice, support, and strategic direction on all TM&D related matters in alignment with the Group talent strategy and guidelines to attract, motivate and retain highly qualified employees. Wellness
Drives the Wellness agenda in alignment with the SVP HR ABL, recommending Wellness activities and supports project initiatives and rollout within the ABL regions in scope.
Develops the Wellness Handbook
Experience Required
Extensive experience in Talent Management and Development previous experience leading the function in a cross region capacity for a Multi National Company.
Experience leading the implementation of Talent Management and Development initiatives across multiple geographies and operating within a complex matrix environment;
Experience with global HRIS systems required;
Knowledge of running talent review and management practices;
Proven track record of implementing and delivering leadership L&D initiatives;
Proven project management experience;
Experience within the service industry (preferred).
