What you’ll do:
Develop quick reference guides, interactive PDF documents, and other training documentation.
Use of eLearning authoring tools to develop learning.
Produce facilitator guides/scripts for instructor-led and virtual classroom training.
Edit presentation slide decks from facilitators to streamline design for workshop series sessions.
Design online intranet websites using basic GUI interfaces.
Deliver final-print and/or video projects (ex: .doc, .pdf, .mp4, .wmv).
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify and capture learning content.
Design within current company style guide and standards.
Monitor & contribute to internal online employee social communities.
Maintain online training content and document libraries in company LMS systems.
Administer virtual classroom training, acting in the Producer role.
Perform administrative functions necessary to schedule, deliver, and document training programs, communities, and tools.
Maintain training records within the learning management system (LMS), participate in LMS platform upgrades and customizations, and provide technical support across LMS and learning technologies.
Strong passion for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that captivate, educate, and transfer into employee learning.
Self-starter that can navigate projects with optimism and iteration to rapidly prototype.
Participate in some way in all of our programs, and you may be asked to flex into new areas of the GTM’s responsibilities as you grow in your role.
Willingness to travel to company functions and off-site training events.
Must Haves:
3-5 years of related experience (instructional design, curriculum development, visual communication, graphic design, learning & development, organizational / talent development, human-centered design, or education-focused roles).
Work location flexible within the United States (our client campus, remote-based, or a combination).
Available periodic evenings and some weekend hours with prior notice for program support.
Proven competency in visual / graphics design [Portfolio requested].
Ability to self-manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results with a focus on detailed execution.
Ability to work both in a team focused on common goals, as well as self-directed to complete individual deliverables by project deadlines.
Interest in and ability to interact with a globally distributed, multi-cultural, and multi-generational team.
Knowledge in design software Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Knowledge in eLearning software Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia
Knowledge in Virtual Classroom platforms Adobe Connect, Zoom
Knowledge of basic content development tools MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Basic HTML and SharePoint skills
Experience working in cloud content management service (ex: Box)
Administrative experience with LMS systems (ex: Skillsoft Percipio, SuccessFactors/Plateau
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Hours & Location:
M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote , must work PST hours).
