We are now working with an exciting software/ tech focused private equity fund. A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a senior analyst/ associate level professional to join them. They have a great team.

Role and responsibilities

* Origination of new deal opportunities

* Analysis of new investments including modelling and valuation.

* Financial modelling, financial due diligence, structuring

* Working with and supporting more experienced team members in transaction negotiations.

* Working with portfolio companies on value creation 

Professional experience 

Senior analyst to associate level

Background in private equity preferred , although they will consider someone with a banking background

Experience in software and tech deals

Financial modelling skills
