JOB DESCRIPTION
Civil Engineer
Norwich
Up to £45,000 plus hybrid working
As a Civil Engineer, growth, development, and sustainability are more than just buzzwords to you.
You want to be part of an environment where you can thrive and progress your career, while also being rewarded and trusted in equal measure.
This is the place where you’ll achieve all of this.
The opportunity
You’ll join a practice that places a significant emphasis on sustainable planning and infrastructure design, whilst gaining exposure to some crucial local schemes and putting your own stamp on the ever-changing landscape in East Anglia.
Their main focus right now is on the residential market, so we’d like to hear from you if you have experience here as a Civil Engineer from a design background.
If you’re patient and meticulous and you care about the work you do as a Civil Engineer, you’ll fit right in here.
Their culture is rooted in trust and flexibility – they’re the only consultancy around that is operating on a 4-day week (9-day fortnight!)
They’re a young practice, so not stuck in their ways, and you’ll have the chance to play a huge part in how they develop going forward.
What else is on offer for you?
25 days’ annual leave in addition to remote/hybrid working – so you can enjoy a healthy work/life balance.
Career progression. Right now, we have a Director and Associate who are both very much hands-on when it comes to both design and project management. If your ambitions are to become a Principal Engineer or an Associate in the near future, you’ll be encouraged and supported towards achieving this.
Chances are, you may not be familiar with the name above the door – but that’s not a bad thing. These guys are already making waves in Norfolk and beyond, with decades of collective experience, and are only going to grow.
Come and be a part of this.
You don’t need to put together a CV and send it over. We should talk first. Call me for an informal chat, or click ‘apply’ and I’ll be in touch.
Finding out more costs you nothing, and it could be the best call you make today (or probably ever!)
