Note: This role can be supported by a remote work arrangement across Canada, however working hours must maintain an 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time Zone schedule to facilitate business needs. A 30-minute variance in hours can be facilitated.
What will you be doing in this role?
The Investment and Insurance Data Feeds team strives to ensure that the data in our system is complete, accurate, consistent and valuable. This is to ensure that our advisors and staff trust its integrity. To maintain these team objectives, a Data Feeds Administrator will:
Communicate industry efforts relating to the evolution of feeds and the impact to the business
Work with internal teams on the implementation and reconciliation of feed data
Daily maintenance of WealthServ Investment and Life Systems
Processing bulk transfers
Other related duties as assigned
What qualifications are required?
College diploma, University degree, or equivalent experience
Industry courses would be an asset

What should your experience look like?
Proven experience in insurance/financial services industry
Understanding of insurance products
Familiar with insurance carriers and their websites an asset
Proven experience working in project management teams
Proven experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Outlook, with a focus in Excel
Experience in WealthServ an asset
Proven experience in customer service
