• We are a scratch kitchen featuring produce from our onsite garden and neighboring farms, local seafood, and meat.
• Line cook applicants should have at least 1 year of hotline experience, a good work ethic, a positive attitude, and come with no drama.
• The Doe Bay Garden provides produce and flowers for the Doe Bay Café as part of our seed-to-table program.
• There are onsite housing opportunities in private cabins with shared bathroom and kitchen. Bathrooms and kitchens all have good ventilation.
• Must be comfortable in rural and community living situations.

• Wages based on experience, plus included in tip pool.
• Candidate has received a Covid vaccine or is willing to get one.
• We have staff housing available including tent platforms and private studio cabins/trailers with shared kitchen and bath. Kitchens and bathrooms have good ventilation.
