We have an immediate opening for an energetic, passionate & experienced Full Time Professional to join our eCommerce team as a CRM Analyst.
This position will lead analysis of CRM and Loyalty initiatives to support its portfolio of AM Retail Group brands: DKNY, Donna Karan, Karl Lagerfeld Paris, G.H. Bass, Andrew Marc & Wilsons Leather. A key goal of the role is to provide the insights needed to enhance our marketing and promotional efforts, optimize email, and drive personalization. Reporting to the VP CRM and Marketing, this position will be the brand expert on customer data, data architecture and new ways of executing CRM & Loyalty.
