More About the Role:
The NGEN-R SMIT NMCI Global Logistics team has an opening for a Training/Curriculum Developer in support of Navy-Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI) network and Information Technology (IT).
What You’ll Get to Do:
This position focuses on conducting the research, development, revision, implementation, and delivery of training to support the NMCI environment on a wide range of topics and technical levels. This includes developing instructional materials delivered by computer-based training, web-based e-learning, Interactive Courseware, or instructor-facilitated training (virtual or in-person) and conducting instructor-facilitated training virtually or in person as required. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience, or Master’s Degree and less than 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Proficient in Adobe Captivate and Photoshop.
- Strong technical writing and training development skills and experience.
- Strong computer technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communications skills.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Proficient in other Adobe applications: InDesign, Premier Pro, and Audition.
- Prior experience conducting instructor-led training.
Pay Range:
Pay Range $52,650.00 – $81,000.00 – $109,350.00
