To assist campuses who have vacancies or challenges with front end operations remotely and to aid and support campuses. The Registrar – Remote is responsible for the accuracy, security, maintenance, confidentiality, and integrity of physical and electronic student records. The Registrar – Remote will frequently interact with staff, students, and external parties regarding student records content. In addition, the Registrar – Remote is responsible for observing and monitoring campus academic compliance. This would include academic processes, records, as well as academic process integrity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete remote duties and tasks for campuses with vacancies or who need assistance for other reasons
Travel to campuses and provide onsite support
Resolve assigned exceptions reports for campuses with staffing vacancies
Know and comply with all applicable Concorde policies and procedures
Monitor consistency of CampusNexus, CourseKey, and other systemsÂ’ data
Clinical Calendar Review/Posting
Compliance monitoring and file review
Monitor all aspects of campus academic compliance
Alert appropriate individuals when areas of non-compliance are observed
Perform other duties, as assigned
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or minimum three years related experience
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and quick learner of complex processes
This role will serve to help campuses across the company, so must be able to learn differences in programs between campuses and adapt quickly to differing state rules
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service skills
CampusNexus experience a plus
Up to 25% travel may be required
