Strengthen the overall communication strategy for CGW Asia Head by developing content, formulating the plan, and executing on townhalls, leadership meetings, mass emails, internal and external speaking engagements, meeting with regulators, industry representatives, brand building initiatives and etc. Collaborate with GPA and Marketing teams as appropriate.
Partner with HR to support the leadership team on talent and diversity agenda, including but not limited to recruitment, retention, career development, promotion / performance calibration, employee engagement such as Voice of the Employee and headcount management.
Bring together client segments, products, functions and legal entities in Hong Kong andSingapore to enhance CGW Asia governance and culture, including but not limited to agenda setting, meeting cadence, material preparation, follow up action, information flow, escalation path, etc.
Proactively manage the CGW Asia internal deliverables tracker and coordinate with respective teams in a timely manner. Examples include submission to Global CGW or APAC CEO office.
Craft presentation, conduct due diligence, gather market intelligence, analyze information, and consolidate business input as requested by line manager or to support wider CGW teams.
Build close partnership with Legacy Franchise and functions to support the development and implementation of the growth strategy.
Liaison with global counterparts and support senior executive visits to Asia.
Contribute to CGW wide or Asia wide strategic and tactical initiatives as defined by the line manager.
12+ years of relevant experience, preferably in banking and financial services
Appreciation of Legacy Franchise, Citi Private Bank or Consumer Wealth business andstrong understanding of the competitive landscape
Excellent project management skills with ability to set priorities and manage multiple activities in a fast paced, highly matrix and dynamic environment
Franchise Player – broad and critical thinker with ability to build internal relationships at all levels and influence stakeholders to drive common goals and outcomes in an open, transparent, and collaborative manner
Highly analytical, detail oriented and with ability to anticipate stakeholder requests / questions
Excellent verbal and written communicator for internal and external communications
Bachelor’s/University degree, MBA preferred
