Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Operations Coordinator at Cartwheel. The coordinator will be responsible for HR operations, HR management, employee benefits administration, managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and some organizational administrative work. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating benefits enrolment, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Salary: 50K to 60K base plus benefits
