Summary/Objective: Essential Functions:

• Creative product development from design to completion as assigned
• Responsible for tracking and managing design projects to ensure timely deliveries
• Technical illustration and tech packs
• Manufacturer Communication
• Maintains brand standards for product fit, quality, and performance
• Daily fit sessions and efficient turn-around time of comments
• Lab dip and color approvals
• Responsible to adhere to deadlines as assigned

Ideal Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of pattern making, grading, and garment construction methods.
• At least 3 years experience in fitting on a live model.
• Extreme attention to detail, proposes creative solutions, proactive self-starter
• Receptive to feedback and critique.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $65,000.00 per year
