That’s why we need you, a pragmatic, delivery-focused professional with proven experience in delivering the best service to our clients, with solid organisation and administration skills to meet the fast-paced demands of our clients. You will be responsible for all the HR Admin support and maintaining excellent communication between clients, the best Team, and our extended family of consultants.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will Provide HR administration support with system and process advice to clients. Working within the best team, however, you’ll actively own your own workload, build client rapport, and provide guidance, advice and solutions for each client by telephone and email.
You will need a good knowledge of google docs, drive and sheets, as well as a Wizz on HR Systems, in particular, Breathe HR, our system of choice. You will also have a good eye for detail, highlight potential risks, ensure the client is fully aware of them, present viable options and solutions and not just highlight issues.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing our HR inbox and responding to a range of HR enquires
· Regular compliance reports on the HR system and HR enquires
· Drafting job descriptions and person specifications
· Document formatting and branding
· Drafting policies and procedures for new and existing clients and giving general advice about policies
· Supporting the onboarding of new clients
· Minute taking at formal meetings/hearings
· Work closely with the ER team and escalate any issues
· Creation of letters to invite employees to disciplinary hearings and investigations
· Provide clients with holiday reports and calculations
· Coordinating recruitment campaigns
· Arranging internal and external training
· Managing and monitoring our online HR system on behalf of clients
· Support implementation of the HR system for our clients
· Absence Administration – sickness, holiday & family leave
· Creation of employee documents – contracts, letters etc
