The Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator will be joining us at an amazing and exciting time of development and growth. What your role will involve:
Working with the HR Manager to develop recruitment and onboarding process
Working across the network with updating job descriptions and person specifications as required
Manage the Applicant Tracking System, update candidate records and dealwith any correspondence or queries.
Liaising across the network regarding their recruitment needs
Coordinating with external recruitment providers as necessary
Writing job adverts in line with the Recruitment policy and employer branding
Advertising the role on social media including LinkedIn
Constantly promoting the adverts to ensure maximum applications
Provide the candidate and hiring manager journey from the discussion of anew vacancy in the business to the placement of a candidate.
Provide CV and telephone pre-screening to get the right people to the interviews.
Provide candidate feedback in a timely fashion to ensure brand protection.
Assist in other activities to support the HR Team
Building and maintaining effective relationships with agencies
Screening internal and external candidates from a variety of sources
Responding to recruitment enquiries from internal and external candidates, to include advising and supporting hiring managers in preparing feedback to unsuccessful candidates as required
Coordinating the onboarding process, continuing to ensure we provide a world-class onboarding experience for our people
Remain in regular contact with our new colleagues, supporting them with their onboarding
issuing offers and contracts to new colleagues ensuring all details are set upon PeopleHR
Managing the vetting of candidates by checking references
Keeping hiring managers updated on the progress of their candidates
Provide support for candidates and hiring managers in any pre-boarding arrangements or activities.
Organise new starter packs and ensure everything is ready for new employees on their first day. Ensuring all arrangements are in place to ensure smooth and positive candidate journey. This will include arrangements of any required technology, vehicles, PPE, meet and greet arrangements and induction plans & training.

Ensuring systems are kept up to date and entering data
Working closely with HR Coordinator ensuring that all new starter data is setup on PeopleHR in a timely manner and communicated in readiness for payroll.
Detailed monthly KPI reporting and as required
Supporting the HR Coordinator during busy periods and absence cover as required
Any other tasks as reasonably requested
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Proven track record in recruitment performance, understanding recruitment ratios, KPI’ reporting
Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Confident in dealing with people, being able to build rapport quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage your time efficiently and prioritise workload
Self-driven and a proactive approach to work, thrives on achieving results
Ability to work and complete tasks to tight deadlines
Excellent customer service. On the phone, face to face and via email
Able to use own their initiative and work unsupervised
Able to work to deadlines and take accountability for their own workload
Adaptable and confident to be able to have difficult conversations

25 days holiday entitlement, plus bank holidays. Annual leave is increased by 1 day per year after 2 years continuous employment, up to a maximum of 30 days.
