Ashdown Group Looking For HR Business Partner AT West London Full Time

• Salary up to £55,000 with hybrid working*

A hugely well known sports brand based in Hammersmith, West London is looking for an experienced HR BP to join their growing HR team. This is a fantastic time to join a company where huge investment in change and systems is taking place meaning you will be heavily involved in projects from the start.

The starting salary is up to £55,000 plus many benefits and 25 days annual leave. Flexible working is offered – this role is 35 hour week with the requirement to work three days in the office and two at home.

Duties will include:

• Partnering with stakeholders to provide advice on employment law and best practice as well as coaching on employee relations
• Supporting the strategic direction of the business unit
• Leading junior HR team members
• Supporting with EDI programmes
• HR project work
• Ensuring policies and procedures are correct and up to date
• Analysing trends in HR data
• Developing training and learning opportunities
• Supporting with escalations from the HR inbox

To be considered suitable you will need to have the following experience:

• CIPD level 5 or above
• A strong people person with a passion for HR
• Generalist HR experience, including project work
• Good understanding of employment law and leading on employee relations cases
