Undertake analysis and identify actual, emerging or potential issues across the employee lifecycle
Develop and deliver MI and analysis reports from the HR system (iTrent) using Business Objects
Analyse complex information and use it to produce accurate and up to date reports for Management Board, Managers and HR, monthly, quarterly and annually
Develop, maintain and evolve an HR dashboard that will inform and better support HR Business and Cost Centre Managers as well as Management Board
Support pay negotiations process by providing pay modelling information
Complete the Finance Pay Policy annual report and outturn data accurately and on time
Experience and skills you’ll need to be successful:
Competent in using established Business Analysis tools and techniques to model complex processes/procedures. Ideally using Business Objects and iTrent
Ability to identify and deliver improvements in MI data provision and develop new value added HR analytics
Experience of working with large or complex data sets
Proficient in the design and development of business reports and interactive dashboards
Excellent analytical skills
Recognise and investigate errors in data and opportunities for improvement in MI
