Title – Accounting Clerk
Contract – 6-12+ Months
Pay Rate Range – $20-24$/hr
Shift: Day

Location – Springfield, MO (Hybrid)
Description

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Ability to navigate through computer systems with ease to research information
• SalesForce Knowledge a plus (not required)
• Previous experience in a role with weekly metric expectations
• Resolve overcharges on the Virtual Cards through submission to issuing banks

Provide further evidence and information to issuing bank during rebuttal phase

• Conducting analysis of data to find opportunities for rebuttal efforts
• Participating in brainstorming for and testing of new processes, systems, and tools used in collections
• Communicate clearly and effectively to convey information through emails
• Monitor and maintain work queue to ensure cases do not exceed our recovery timelines
• Complete work effectively and efficiently to achieve department metrics
