Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Optimum Healthcare IT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our CareerPath Program team. In this role, you will be responsible for daily candidate sourcing and interviewing. As the first point of contact for new candidates, you will play a key role in influencing our growth strategy, brand identity, and overall candidate experience.

Optimum CareerPath serves as a bridge between recent college graduates and the healthcare IT Industry, addressing the skills gap by equipping apprentices with employer-focused technical and soft skills necessary for successful entry into the Healthcare IT Industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions across the organization.
• Leverage job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to proactively identify and attract qualified talent.
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with the organization.
• Develop engaging job descriptions and post them on multiple platforms, including job boards and the company website, to attract a broad and diverse candidate pool.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate and organize interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and interviewers.
• Establish and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through continuous networking, research, and relationship-building efforts.
• Actively promote the company’s brand and values to candidates, ensuring a positive and consistent representation throughout the hiring process.
• Represent Optimum at Career/Recruiting Events as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media and networking platforms.
